Guess what?  Oh, you heard?  Yeah, that’s right…everyone seems to be hiring.  All this hiring is good for everybody, but it’s especially good for the person that is well prepared.  Nobody is better prepared for an interview than someone who is bringing a few questions of their own.

It has been a company-wide exercise at eHire over the past several months to discover and center on our “why”.  Why do we do what we do?  There have been so many great ones shared, that they inspired me to write about mine.

Many of the people that read the eHire Blog know somebody at the company or have worked with us before.  A lot of that crowd knows me, either from meeting me at a networking event, working with me directly or even following me on Twitter.

This isn’t necessarily for those people…though many don’t know what I’m about to share with you all.
