    In-depth skill testing process that includes both soft skills and required skills for position. A thorough reference to confirm experience level and achievements.

  • Step 4: Candidate Review & Interviewing Process

    Thorough candidate review by eHire recruiting team to ensure a perfect fit. Next, interview process with eHire reruiting team and then with client.

  • Step 5: Hiring Process

    Consultation with client to develop final offer. eHire presents offer to candidate. Next, if offer accepted, eHire proceeds with paperwork and orientation.
