Things to do before your call with us:
Prepare Your Resume. It's all to easy to not keep it updated while you're working. Carve out an hour to document all the awesome work you have done.
Update Your Profiles. Leadership is more likely to check out your LinkedIn profile before they view your resume. Clean up networking and social media sites before starting your search.
Define Your Career Model. Can you articulate what you want out of your next role? Make a list of intrinsic and extrinsic factors that may sway your decision. Are there other stakeholders involved besides yourself?
