Join the eHire team as a strategic Account Development Representative where you will discover and drive growth opportunities and capture new business for our firm. Our enterprise and mid-market target account program features Atlanta’s Fortune 500 and 1000 companies and you’ll have an opportunity to engage with them to assist our account management team in setting key appointments so we can help our clients win.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Driving new strategic enterprise and mid-market business opportunities by prospecting and executing on progressive sales campaigns

  • Executing on a cadence of calls, emails and social touches to strategic prospects within assigned target accounts

  • Shadowing senior sales managers and leaders to master the full sales process and enhance your professional sales development

  • Provide insights to account managers on how best to engage with these accounts and key decision-makers

Requirements and Desired Traits:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree required, business or technical degree preferred

  • Professional internships or 1-2 yrs relevant working experience a plus

  • This is a people first business. This role requires talking to and interacting with people at various levels all day. Everyday. Strong social engagement will be key to your success
