Our Client is looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our fast growing organization. We've recently closed on our Series C funding of $40m, and have plans to scale quickly.

They are a leading provider of enterprise solutions for development and QA teams, helping them develop high quality software at a rapid pace. The Sales Development Reps research prospective customers, develop creative outreach strategies, and identify new sales opportunities. They lead discovery conversations with potential customers and identify how the Company can help customers develop better software faster.!

As a member of the sales team, the SDR must be able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA. We're not only looking for exceptional candidates, we're looking for future-leaders to take this company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop targeted accounts and inbound leads to create qualified sales opportunities

  • Gain a strong understanding of both industry and product knowledge; you will be the expert in this field.

  • Leverage SalesLoft Cadence and Salesforce CRM to effectively move prospective customers through the funnel.

  • Tenaciously utilize phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high level of daily activities.

  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the Company to prospects.

  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.

Requirements:

  • Highly driven with a passion for technology

  • Track record of high achievement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Creativity in sourcing your own leads and prospects

  • A genuine curiosity and empathy for the prospect's situations, needs, challenges, and pains.

  • Highly organized; strong time management skills

  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment

  • A competitive attitude and a drive to succeed above and beyond your peers

  • Team Oriented: We win as a team, we lose as a team

  • 4-year University degree required

  • Previous sales experience preferred, in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
