Data Integration Analyst

The technology arm of a national distribution company in Kennesaw, GA is in need of a Data Integration Analyst.  As a Data Integration Analyst you will provide operational and developmental support service to the organization.

  • Responsible for lifecycle of product data including load, update, normalize and enrich product data.
  • Act as data stewards and be responsible for establishing data quality metrics and requirements.
  • Data movement and integration with internal and external systems.
  • Coordinate user requests for modification, updates and new data integration points.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year database background with SQL Server 2013 or later
  • Skills with data integration/data movement using SSIS 
  • Knowledge of T-SQL, ability to traverse hierarchical relations. 
  • Experience with notification/alerts management and resolution (Job failures, capacity shortage etc.)
  • Maintains data dictionary and mappings.
  • Seek and ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Utilize adhoc query to perform on the fly analysis of data.
  • Detail oriented, ability to cleanse data due to bad submission from data sources.
  • Knowledge of SSIS and ETL process for internal data movement as well as integration with external partners.
  • Working knowledge with different file format includes, but not limited to flat file, xml, EDI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server (SQL Management Studio/SSIS), MySQL(Workbench/TOAD) or any other relational database.
  • Knowledge of third party tool like COZYROC, Talend Open Studio.
  • TFS Database project.
