You will drive Product innovation and solutions working with our external clients to provide transformative digital solutions. This role will require skills to help manage product delivery with our internal delivery organization, client facing communication regarding strategic direction and tactical delivery as well as broader messaging to "the market" at large.


Building strong relationships with internal team members including Product Managers, User Experience, Development and coaching to exceed client expectations is essential. Maturing process and best practices are additional long term strategic goals. 

Creative solutioning with clients, brand research, competitive analysis, and effective management of clients expectations are critical to success. High emotional intelligence is necessary in this dynamic role and organization. 

Required Background
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of Product Ownership Management working with stakeholders
  • 5+ years working in Digital agency - web, mobile, cross platform software, consulting experience 
  • History of successful technology product launches
  • Excellent problem solving and solution building skills and mindset
  • Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders as well as internal delivery teams communicating strategy vision and tactical metrics
  • Knowledge of current methodologies and frameworks - Agile, Scrum, etc.
