Engineering Manager

You have architected or built a large scale, high growth product, feature, or service and have a strong record of shipping.

 

Requirements

  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent, masters preferred

  • 8+ years of software development experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams with 5+ developers

 

We’d love to see

  • Strong technical background in developing products, services or platforms

  • Ability to lead from front and develop a sense of ownership, accountability & urgency in the team

  • Experience collaborating with engineering leaders and cross-functional team members

  • Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers in our product engineering tribe

  • Work with other leads across engineering to drive the technical roadmap and priorities

  • Review architecture designs and pull requests across all feature squads

  • Lead process improvement efforts as we grow our team and scale our product

  • Collaborate with our product management and marketing teams to own the success of your team’s deliverables
