What you’ll do:
As an Enterprise CSM, you’ll own the relationship with some of our largest, most strategic accounts, from onboarding to renewal.

Here are some key functions you’ll perform in this role:

Onboarding and training new enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
Act as point person for your portfolio of accounts
Obsess over driving value for your customers and maximizing adoption
Field questions and work alongside the support team to ensure your customers are adequately supported
Run Quarterly Business Reviews to help drive value and substantiate value for the customer
Manage renewals across your customer base
Forge strong relationships with your customers and their Executive Sponsor
Surface new expansion opportunities and work with the AE to expand the contract value
Collaborate with the product team to ensure our product continues to drive value for customers

Top qualities & experience we’re looking for:

True empathy for our customers (corporate recruiters) and their customers (candidates)
You don’t need to have all the answers, but we’ll need you to learn quickly and think creatively
An ability to challenge assumptions and forge relationships with executives (VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, CHRO)
Strong communication skills: Written, verbal, and over Zoom.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
Someone that is process-driven and loves helping others hit their goals
Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Intercom, and Slack
