Head of Sales Marketing (Fully remote) 


Our client is seeking a Head of Sales Marketing to support our growing sales team. This is an opportunity to be a major player in driving the continued exponential growth through designing and executing successful demand generation strategies.

The ideal candidate should be both a team leader as well as someone who is willing to dig into the details and personally drive the work forward. They need to possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, broad demand gen know-how, results orientation, and customer obsession. They must enjoy striving for continuous improvements, delivering against increasing goals, collaborating in a team environment, and coaching and mentoring others.

You will be vital in filling the top of the funnel, driving pipeline velocity and quality, converting quality borrower leads through flawless execution against key real estate loan product offerings, and building repeatable demand generation processes – all with the express intent to deliver well-qualified leads to our Sales team.

  • You have excellent communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • You have experience with an Enterprise Marketing Automation Tool (HubSpot preferred)
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
  • You have a proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and closing targets
  • You are highly proficient at marketing strategy development, including data-driven opportunity assessment, scoring, and prioritization
  • You have demonstrable experience developing and implementing demand-generating strategies, planning and evaluating new revenue growth opportunities


  • Oversee the sales demand generation function by managing automation tools, processes, and CRM integrations
  • Develop and implement multifaceted lead generation and nurturing campaigns with unique content/data specific to individual prospects to efficiently build the sales pipeline
  • Measure and report on all sales marketing efforts, including list generation/quality; messaging, design, and creative testing; and LTV by target segments
  • Work with the Director of Originations to set SLAs and KPIs for the sales team and provide insights that improve efficiencies and optimize inbound and outbound demand gen efforts
  • Work with the Director of Brand & Marketing Communication and the Head of Creative to develop relevant sales collateral, landing pages, email, and other sales materials
  • Participate in our overall sales and marketing go-to-market strategy


  • 5+ years of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and closing targets with a service-oriented mindset
  • 5+ years of marketing experience including digital, experiential, content, and demand generation
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Hubspot Sales Module required
  • Experience with email and marketing automation tools, sales enablement tools, Google Analytics, and landing page optimization is a plus
  • Knowledge of residential Real Estate and/or Hard Money Lending is a plus
