Marketing Manager


We’re looking for an individual who thrives within collaborative environments while also having the entrepreneurial spirit and initiative needed to execute strategies and initiatives that generate leads for new clients, further drive brand awareness, and sophisticate lead generation, automation, and content management.  This individual will strategize and collaborate with company stakeholders to define and develop marketing campaigns and programs that support net new revenue as well as support upsell opportunities within existing client base.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a full-time marketing role with a successful track record of executing demand generation, vertical and/or persona campaigns with cross-functional and virtual teams.


Job Responsibilities 

  • Report against KPIs and return on investment for all campaigns and marketing program initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement to increase demand and conversion of qualified leads.

  • Produce effective inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate more inquiries, nurture prospects, and support roughly 40-50% of qualified new business pipeline.

  • Manage digital marketing channels with a strong focus on both link building and SEO to support brands keywords.

  • Identify and create effective marketing messages, value proposition, and content.

  • Managing multiple social media accounts and 3rd party relationships (i.e. Gartner/Spend Matters) for the brand.

  • Execute a robust e-mail marketing strategy and automate sales enablement content using marketing technology such as Pardot, On24 and Zoom (Webinars), Ramble (Chatbot), GetFeedback/SurveyMonkey, and Sigstr. 

  • Manage and qualify lead generation activities through Pardot/Salesforce, work closely with ODC (Outbound Demand Creation) team to move leads through the funnel.

  • Manage and refine digital advertising accounts on Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and other 3rd party digital platforms.

  • Work closely with senior leadership team to create thought leadership (white papers, webinars, blog posts)

  • Organize and plan strategic event planning (Tradeshows/Partner Events) and digital events (Client Webinars, Client Advisory Meetings, 3rd Party Virtual Tradeshows). 



  • 5+ years of experience in a full-time B2B marketing role (preferably with a software/SaaS-based company).

  • Experience managing and executing against overall marketing budget and comfort with reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Intermediate experience in search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising, and other PPC platforms.

  • Experience managing WordPress.

  • Intermediate to advanced CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus).

  • E-mail marketing experience (Pardot is a plus).

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to project management.

  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, growth?stage, metrics & performance?driven environment.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives both in person and virtually.

  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
