Senior Mobile Developer - 100% remote

We are looking for senior engineers to kickstart our mobile app team. As a tech lead, you’ll help hire junior engineers and mentor them. You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about engineering quality and personal growth. We continually push each other to do better every week. We read and share lots of books, go to conferences, and strive for excellence in everything we do. There are opportunities for senior engineers to move into management or to advance their individual contributor roles to the highest levels.



  • We work mostly remotely, but try to get together in person several times a year
  • We have retros every week and seek to continually improve our work
  • We love to code and try to keep meetings to a minimum
  • We help each other out, mentor junior developers, and strive to be a fun place to work
  • We invest in automated testing, DevOps, CI & CD to minimize repetitive work
  • App deployment is frequent and low stress
  • Long hours and crunch time are considered a failure of process, not an accomplishment to be celebrated


  • You have 4+ years of experience as a mobile developer. We are currently building React Native apps, but we’re willing to train you if you have native iOS or Android experience
  • You’re an experienced (4+ years) React web developer who wants to switch to mobile
  • You have an app live on the app store to which you have contributed significantly and can discuss with us
  • You are a lifelong learner, and have experience developing on multiple platforms
  • You have experience as a tech lead, educator, or mentor


  • Required: 4+ years React Native, iOS Native, Android Native, or React Web
  • Automated testing experience is a big plus
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience is a plus
  • Development for multiple platforms is a plus
  • Community involvement, such as open-source, speaking, and organizing are all big pluses
