What you get to do in this role:

In this role you lead a remote team of engineers working on cutting edge security services and on-premise Apps that extend our core product offering with 3rd party and internal integrations.   You will oversee the product’s or project’s conception, design, specifications, and estimate milestones.


You will define the public SaaS API technology and conventions (partnering with other architects), liaison with other engineering teams on adherence conventions, and oversee the promotion of internal APIs to public.


You get to research, define, and implement integrations between SaaS services and 3rd party products services by gathering requirements from Sales, Customers, and Product management to support customer use cases. 



  • Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Deploy services and evaluate user feedback



Experience: Five years' experience as an Architect, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Project Management or similar position (5 years' experience must be gained post-Bachelor's degree).


To be successful in this role the candidate will have many of the following:

  • A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with engineers, managers, PMs, customers, and partners.
  • Proficiency with Python and Java
  • Extreme experience working with APIs like GraphQL, REST, and json/XML-rpc
  • Experience with Cloud computing, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with VCS and code management tools such as git and GitHub, Gradle, Artifactory, Jenkins, and TeamCity
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes
