We are currently seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to support our growing sales team. You will be vital in filling the top of the funnel, driving pipeline velocity and quality, converting quality borrower leads through flawless execution against key real estate loan product offerings, and building repeatable demand generation processes – all with the express intent to deliver well-qualified leads to our Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have lead generation, event marketing, and grassroots marketing experience in residential real estate investments. This position requires solid relationship-building skills with excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will be analytical in execution and measurement and a creative problem solver who supports and enables the entire sales team.

  • You are a great communicator, able to clearly and compellingly engage a variety of audiences
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
  • You have a proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and closing targets
  • You have the ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail
  • You have demonstrable experience developing and implementing demand generating strategies, planning and evaluating new revenue growth opportunities
  • You are entrepreneurial, meaning you want to have an impact in building something of substantial value in an environment that rewards risk-taking and not settling for the status quo


  • Oversee the sales demand generation function, by managing automation tools, processes, and CRM integrations
  • Develop and implement multifaceted lead generation and nurturing campaigns with unique content/data specific to individual prospects to efficiently build the sales pipeline
  • Measure and report on all sales marketing efforts, including list generation/quality; messaging, design, and creative testing; and LTV by target segments
  • Work with the Director of Originations to set SLAs and KPIs for the sales team and provide insights that improve efficiencies and optimize inbound and outbound demand gen efforts
  • Work with the Director of Brand & Marketing Communication and the Head of Creative to develop relevant sales collateral, landing pages, email and other sales materials
  • Participate in our overall sales and marketing go-to-market strategy


  • 3+ years successful track record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and closing targets with a service-oriented mindset
  • 5+ years successful track record of B2B marketing including digital, experiential, content, and demand generation
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Hubspot Sales Module required
  • Experience with email and marketing automation tools, sales enablement tools, Google Analytics, and landing page optimization is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other design software is a plus
  • Knowledge of residential Real Estate and/or Hard Money Lending is a plus
