About the job:
The Senior FPGA DSP Engineer will assist the engineering team in the development of a phased-array radar and implement novel algorithms for scanning, tracking and identification. This engineer will build a process for collecting raw data, benchmarking algorithms, specifying requirements, and implementing real-time processing on FPGA and GPU.


  • 10+ years of experience in digital design using real-time DSP on FPGA
  • Strong mathematical skills, intuitive understanding of signals and systems
  • Fluency in Verilog, C++, and Python

Preferred Experience:
The ideal candidate will have done most of these in their professional career:

  • Sensor data collection and processing
  • Using high-speed transceivers on FPGA
  • PCIe, DDR, AXI bus
  • Interfacing with high-speed analog converters
  • Prototype hardware testing
  • Scripting automations to run simulations, builds, and BISTs
  • Use cloud computing resources
  • Electronics production and manufacturing experience
  • Embedded microcontrollers

Optional Experience:
The ideal candidate will have professional experience either performing these tasks or interfacing with other engineers in some of these areas:

  • GPU development (CUDA / OpenCL)
  • PCBA design (Altium)
  • RF design / Antennae design (CST)
  • Mechanical Engineering (Solidworks)
  • Computer Vision
  • AI / ML for recognition and classification
