As a Senior Software Engineer, you would be a key member of the R&D team. You will collaborate with our team of developers and quality assurance engineers on the specification, design and creation of our time and attendance software product.

As a Senior Software Engineer, a typical day might include the following:

  • Building services that support millions of requests per day

  • Solving complex development challenges

  • Building well performing and maintainable code to support tens of thousands of users

  • Leading and mentoring junior software engineers

This job might be for you if you have:

  • 3+ years with .Net technologies, including C# and MVC

  • Web Service experience with WCF or Web API

  • SQL Server 2008+, including general queries and Database Design Concepts

  • HTML 4/5 and CSS 2/3.

  • Experience with using JavaScript frameworks (Angular/AngularJS preferred)

  • Excellent debugging skills

  • Great organizational and multitasking skills

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with O/RM Frameworks such as NHibernate or Entity Framework

  • Familiarity with SOLID Principles

  • Experience with Unit Testing / TDD

  • You are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • You are confident and love sharing success with your team

  • You take ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
