Due to significant market growth, we are in need of a Senior Technical Recruiter. This role requires a self-motivated, career-oriented individual with a competitive nature and a dynamic personality. You will be responsible for enhancing high performance teams in growth companies. Previous technical recruiting experience required.

Your daily responsibilities will Include:

  • Source, develop and assess the profiles of candidates and manage them through the Clients interview process, negotiating & closing offers

  • High level of interaction with client hiring managers; including but not limited to intake calls and interview coordination

  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including, direct networking and internet mining to identify top talent and attract new clients

  • Keep on top of technology market trends, track competitive practices, and attend technical networking events while leveraging this information to gain new prospects

  • Ensure strong data integrity and recruiting metrics are documented

  • Community involvement- own a User Group and manage the schedule and logistics

  • Lead. Coach. Develop other recruiters.

Requirements and desired traits:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 6 years industry experience required

  • Possess highly developed strategic and consultative skills coupled with an ability to respond to conflicting demands and challenges

  • Highly motivated and competitive drive with a strong sense of urgency

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferably with Bullhorn

  • Strong verbal and written communication a must

  • Adept at recruiting for all technical functions at all levels

  • Understanding of recruitment policies, processes and protocols of a professional firm

  • Strong customer focus, taking a consultative approach towards candidates
