We are looking for a passionate and driven Test Automation Engineer who will be part of the team that builds and improves the game technology used for our game. This role is broad and requires a lot of self-initiative as technology development, test scenario scripting and some manual testing will be required to assure the sustained success of our QA and development team. Our first game, is scheduled for release this year and therefore it’s critical that regression and compatibility testing is fully automated and run regularly during development and inside of our release trains and eventually as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
You will help maintain cross-platform automated test-systems for our game.
You will work with server side development in an effort to generate seed data for manual and automated efforts
You will create, maintain and run automated tests and reports
Creating solutions that run automated tests on remote test labs (AWS device farm/Microsoft app center)
You will work closely with the client, server and data engineering teams to further the QA process
You will develop tools that help speed up QA processes
You will provide documentation
Automation development skills
Fluency with QA best practices
Experience in working with Unity or other real-time 3D game engines
Solid Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
Fluent in using Git
Passion for Games technology
Experience working with game-AI techniques, (behavior / decision trees, Unity Machine Learning Agents),
Experience with developing automated-test systems
Experience with C#
Experience with Android Studio and Xcode
Python and HTML/JS skills for reporting tools
Any native Android (Java, Android Studio) or iOS (Obj-C, XCode) development experience is as plus
Experience with Appium, image recognition, and OCR
