As the design lead for the user interface of the our software platform, the UI/UX Designer, works within a cohesive team of Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Developers and other stakeholders to create and define a quality user experience for the application. 


Create intuitive user experiences using design concepts.

  • Translate customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for our portfolio of mobile and web applications
  • Creative designer that can collaborate with Product Management and the Development team to deliver an intuitive user experience to meet business objectives
  • Advocate for our customers by having a deep understanding of their needs by conducting user research, design iterations, and incorporating feedback gathered as part of Voice of the Customer events
  • Communicate and present to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutions



Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Design, Computer Science or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience in agile development processes. Strength in problem solving and issue resolutions along with attention to detail. Specific skills and experience in addition to those listed above may be required for specific positions.  Industry experience is a plus.

Skills: Marketing, product development process, technical product knowledge including software and hardware. Leads by example with creativity, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Location: Duluth, Georgia or Mississauga, Ontario; Willing to travel up to 20%.
