This role is remote but we’re looking for someone in Louisville, KY, Salt Lake City, UT, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, or Kansas City, KS.

They want to improve your revenue cycle with our cloud-based revenue cycle management software with predictive analytics for claims management, denial mitigation and more.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working with Product Managers to transform business goals into actionable UX/UI business requirement

  • Developing novel interactions to make complex flows and processes simple and intuitive for the user

  • Using UX/UI business requirements to develop conceptual wireframes and process flows to facilitate the product development conversation, and ultimately guide engineering efforts

  •  Creating interactive prototypes to be tested with users

  • Conducting VOC site visits, interviews and surveys to develop a thorough understanding of our users and their daily processes

  • Developing user task flows to validate our critical paths as optimized

  • Working with UI Designers to ensure all UX intentions are represented visually

  • Collaborating with Engineering to vet and refine UX/UI requirements to ensure successful and practical implementation

  • Analyzing behavioral metrics to suggest improvements for existing user interfaces

  • Contributing to an evolving internal standards library of consistent user interactions and best practices

Your experience includes

  • Solving complex problems with elegant design solutions

  • Designing software UX

  • Bachelor degree in Human Computer-Interaction or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Creating and fostering relationships within multi-disciplinary product and engineering teams

  • Demonstrated design capabilities and quantifiable results from past  successful projects

  • Front-end technologies used to implement designs (HTML, CSS, etc.)

  • Requirements-gathering and business analysis skills
