Matillion ETL Engineer

Seeking a technical expert with development expertise in Matillion and Snowflake. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Very focused on Matillion ETL Development moving large amounts of data into their Snowflake platform via Matillion 

• Candidates will be responsible for building Matillion ETL processes to load data into Cloud-based Snowflake database and associated data modeling tasks.  

 

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in developing Matillion ETL and orchestration processes with destination to Snowflake database.

• Will need strong Matillion skills, SQL as well. 

• Some Python and or Databricks preferred but not required

• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake including stored procedures and queries.

• Strong data modeling and advanced SQL skills.

• Ability to gather and analyze data, then effectively translate complex business requirements into optimal and scalable data models.

• Strong skills in debugging and performance tuning.

• Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile development methodology.

 

Can work from any US Time Zone

Must be US Citizen
