Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our Enterprise Data Services team. This individual will work with the Operations team to support key financial and administrative functions.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Providing support on Project Professional tool:

    • Create new projects

    • Assign new and existing resources to projects

    • Request licenses for new hires or existing hires with new credentials

    • Follow up with any employees/contractors with missing timesheets on a weekly basis

    • Ensure all appropriate employees and contractors have access to Project Online to submit timesheets on a weekly basis

    • Extend or update end dates of projects when necessary

    • Complete other requests as needed

  • Financial tracking, which may include requesting POs and/or engagement with Procurement

  • Administration of key reporting and communication platforms

  • Support process change and help document and train staff as needed

  • Work with Operations team to complete ad hoc requests on other miscellaneous tasks as needed


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Operations or Project Management

  • Strong excel knowledge and skills

  • Experience using MS applications especially Project

  • Ability to communicate across teams

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and ambitious environment with high degree of accountability  

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed  

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills 



Bachelor’s or equivalent practical experience
