I know a new site is very passe these days, but we took a top-down approach to building a site that would offer you, the job seekers and clients, a new level of control and visibility into what type of content they receive from us and how frequently they want to see it.We know your inbox is overwhelmed with spam, jobs that aren’t interesting, unrelated opportunities in cities you don’t live in and contracts you don’t want. We at eHire wanted to put the control back in your hands so that only relevant and specific jobs or events you were interested in land in your inbox. The site is also very mobile friendly as we know most of you are searching openings on your phone and not on a desktop or laptop.Find a new job is often time-consuming and stressful, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The goal is to make it very easy to view our openings, apply and hear back from us quickly.One of the biggest features of the new eHire.com is the ability for you to create a profile on our site.You may be asking yourself:<ul><li>What are the benefits to doing this you might ask?</li><li>Am I going to get spammed with a bunch of non-relevant information?</li></ul>The answer is no.With our new platform, you are now in the driver's seat with an easy to navigate portal. The job seeker portal allows you to:<ul><li>Set up custom job alerts</li><li>View suggested jobs based on your resume or previous searches</li><li>Save interesting jobs to view or apply to later</li><li>Upload your resume and/or portfolio</li><li>Control the frequency of job alerts. You can hear from us daily, weekly, or not at all.
