As a Manager with our award-winning team, you will play a key role in planning and executing some of the most important projects for some of our top clients. As a key member of our team, you’ll also take ownership in building our service capabilities, growing our footprint at current clients and expanding our business.
 

Implementations: You will serve as a project lead in the planning and implementation of our most important SAP projects.  These projects will range from upgrades and the modernization of legacy systems to greenfield, full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA. 
 

Delivery Excellence & Intellectual Property:  There will be opportunities to take ownership in building out our service capabilities, put in place best practices and develop a repository of intellectual property,


WHAT WILL MY CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Gaining an understanding of the client’s business, enabling you to deliver work products that drive real business benefit
  • Applying effective project leadership skills to ensure project success
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops with client teams
  • Delivery of high-quality client deliverables


WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE?

  • Hands on experience on large-scale ERP programs, preferably SAP S/4 HANA, across one or more of the follow areas: project management, design, training delivery, testing, and cutover & hypercare support
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing process knowledge (manufacturing, engineering & maintenance, shipping & receiving, and quality management)
  • Experience in any of the following ERP modules (Production Execution, Plant Maintenance, Order Management, Sales & Delivery)
  • Nice to have: GE Proficiency (MES) experience
  • Able to interact with stakeholders at our clients and the team leads of our key business partners
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment for a CPG company is a huge plus
  • Professional, project based consulting experience (Big 4 or comparable firm)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited 4-year Institution
  • Comfortable with travel
